Reentry Hub programming is geared to prepare offenders for the transition back into society. The core of Reentry Hub programming is Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT) programming, an evidence-based program designed for inmates who have a moderate-to-high risk to re-offend, as assessed by the Arizona Static Risk Assessment (CSRA). CBT programs address the following major areas:

- Criminal Thinking
- Anger Management
- Arizona ID Program
Inmates can participate in a wide range of programs, depending on their custody levels and behavior while they are serving time at High Desert Prison AZ. Inmates must also show a willingness to participate in the programs which include substance abuse treatment, adult basic education and GED, as well as many vocational and work skill-related jobs.
Some of the Career Technical Education programs are CTE Computer Literacy and CTE Building Maintenance.

Religious services are also available to inmates, as well as meetings with Clergy. Inmates are given recreation time each day where they can go outside and exercise. Inmates are given three meals a day—all meals are prepared by the kitchen staff and the prison Trustees.
