Local churches, foundations, members of the public and local civic groups collect and make donations to cover the cost of tuition, textbooks, and supplies for the educational programs.
This facility is operated by the Colorado Department of Corrections where they supervise adults that have been convicted of state crime and then sentenced by the County or Circuit Judge for a period of time.
