FDC Miami Inmate Search and Prison Information
FDC Miami is known as a low-security facility that also operates a satellite prison camp that holds low-security inmates as well.
The entire campus (the main campus and the camp) is licensed to hold just under 1178 offenders.
The FDC Miami was built using cement blocks. The facility itself is composed of 5 housing units. The main campus uses 3 housing units while the satellite prison camp uses the remaining two housing units.
All housing units are two story tall and housing is situated on both the first floor and the second floor.
The facility as a chain link fence that encompasses the perimeter.

Sending a Mail/Care Package

Sending Money
When an inmate in the FDC Miami needs something, they will be required to buy it from the commissary. The commissary is the store where they can purchase various items. You can keep their commissary account stalked with money by using MoneyGram and Western Union.
Phone calls
When an inmate is in the FDC Miami, they will not have much freedom. One thing they will be able to do daily is call their loved ones back home. These calls are always monitored and recorded for safety purposes.
Visitation
Please note that the main campus and the camp operate on the same schedule when it comes to visitation. All visitation will be held on Friday, Saturday, or Sundays. Visitation will be anywhere from 8 am to 3 pm on the weekends and 5 pm to 9 pm on Friday evenings.
Please note that you will also need to be on the approved list before you will be allowed to visit an inmate who is in the facilities.
When there is an issue with overcrowding in the visitation area, you will be asked to leave on the first in and first out basis.
You will be required to leave all your belongings in your vehicle when visiting an inmate in the FDC Miami.
