Vermilion County Jail in Montgomery, Illinois, is part of the 3rd largest sheriff’s office in the state of Illinois and can hold up to 1,250 inmates. The Vermilion County Jail seeks to provide humane and safe detention for inmates.

Others have committed a felony and are waiting to be transported to a state or federal prison to finish serving their sentence.
