If this is the first time your inmate will be in the Audubon Youth Development Center, you will need to fill out this following application. This application will allow the inmate to contact you on the phone and this application will also allow you to come down to the Audubon Youth Development Center for visits with the inmate. When filling out this application, you will need to put in a money order for $25. This money order will be for your background check. You will need to send the money within 30 days of submitting your application or your application will be denied. When an application is denied, you will be required to wait for 180 before you can try to apply again.
Once your application is approved, you will be permitted to receive calls from the inmate, and you will have the chance to come down to the Audubon Youth Development Center and visit the inmate during the visiting hours posted.
