Maryland Reception, Diagnostics & Classification Center Inmate Search and Prison Information
The Maryland Reception, Diagnostics & Classification Center serves to protect the public, its employees, and the detainees and offenders. If you know someone who is serving their time here, they are in good hands. They believe offenders who stay in contact with positive family and friends have a better chance of being rehabilitated, therefore they offer multiple ways for you to stay in contact.
Talk on the Phone
Here, you can use ConnectNetwork to make sure an inmate has the funds to stay in contact via phone. This is the quickest most convenient way to fun their phone account. You can fund the account in two different ways:
Advance Pay: It is recommended that you set up an AdvancePay prepaid telephone account. This works by placing money on your phone number so that when the inmate calls, the funds are deducted from the balance on your prepaid account.
Phone Debit Accounts: The ConnectNetwork PIN Debit account allows you to make deposits to an inmate, phone account. This allows them to call anyone.
