The cells are built for 23 hours per day detainment and are self-contained. Inmates get one-hour of recreation and fresh air. There is a triple-fence with extensive electronic surveillance on all perimeters of the prison. The inmates do not have the opportunity to socialize with other inmates and are considered to be the most dangerous of all the incarcerated population that is within the maximum-security prison.
