Sending Money

Sending money to an offender in the FCI Ray Brook is easy as pie now. All you need to do is either use MoneyGram or Western Union. You can do so by going to the local kiosk, online, or over the phone.

Please be aware that there is a service fee to use this service.

Phone calls

Phone calls will be a maximum of 15-minutes in length. You will not be permitted to use call features such as three-way calling, call forwarding, and call waiting.

All calls will be subjected to monitoring or recording by a staff with the facility.

Visitation

You will only be permitted to visit the offender at the FCI Ray Brook between the hours of 8 am to 3 pm during Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sundays, along with holidays.

The camp will only have visitation on Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays.

All inmates will have 24 visiting points at the start of each month. Every hour of visiting during the weekdays will cost them 1 point. Every hour of visiting on the weekends will cost them 2 points.
