There are select inmates that get trained onto the Conservation Camp Program. The conservation camp program has no walls or fences and is located in the wilderness. The inmates that are selected into the conservation camp are trained in fire suppression so that when there is a wildfire the inmates can be sent to help suppress the fire.

There is a group of showers, sinks, and toilets for each dormitory that the inmates have access to. There are military-style double bunks where the inmates sleep.
