But, as the Capitol Pavilion, this unit is a high-security housing unit. The high-security housing unit is level 4. A level 4 unit is just below the maximum-security housing unit, which is a level 5.
With that being said the inmates in the Capitol Pavilion will not have as much freedom as inmates who are housed in a minimum or medium-security level.
All inmates in the Capitol Pavilion are females. This is an exclusive female-only unit. There are no male inmates in this unit whatsoever.
In order to visit an inmate here at the Capitol Pavilion you must first fill out the visitor and phone application. Yes, there is an application that is required to be filled out and electronically sent to the facility or mailed directly to the Capitol Pavilion. When filling out the application, you are required to mail in a $25 money order. This money order will cover your background check costs. You will have 30 days to send in the money order.
This application is here to help ensure all inmates within the Capitol Pavilion are only surrounded and influenced by positive people. Not people who will damage the rehabilitation the facility is working on. If you are a felon, you will not be accepted. If you do not send in a money order of $25 within 30 days of submitting your application, you will also not be accepted.
In the chance, you are not accepted, you are required to wait 180 days before you can apply again.
