FCI La Tuna Inmate Search and Prison Information
The FCI La Tuna or also known as the Anthony Federal Prison is classified as a medium-security facility that also runs a prison camp that oversees minimum-security inmates.
The FCI La Tuna is home to the Anthony in Texas.
Between the two facilities they can house just over 1097 offenders. The FCI La Tuna can comfortably house just under 1097 offenders and the camp can comfortably house just under 1097 offenders.
When the FCI La Tuna first opened it was meant to house maximum-security inmates and was once known as the largest maximum-security facilities in all the United States. However, the status of this facility changed in 2005.

If you use the physical address for the facility, your mail will be refused and sent back to the post office.
All incoming mail will be required to have a return address on the envelope as well.
Sending money to an offender in the FCI La Tuna is easy as pie now. All you need to do is either use MoneyGram or Western Union. You can do so by going to the local kiosk, online, or over the phone.
Please be aware that there is a service fee to use this service.
Phone calls will be a maximum of 15-minutes in length. You will not be permitted to use call features such as three-way calling, call forwarding, and call waiting.
All calls will be subjected to monitoring or recording by a staff with the facility.
You will only be permitted to visit the offender at the FCI La Tuna between the hours of 8 am to 3 pm during Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sundays, along with holidays.
The camp will only have visitation on Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays.
All inmates will have 24 visiting points at the start of each month. Every hour of visiting during the weekdays will cost them 1 point. Every hour of visiting on the weekends will cost them 2 points.
