Reentry Hub programming is geared to prepare offenders for the transition back into society. The core of Reentry Hub programming is Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT) programming, an evidence-based program designed for inmates who have a moderate-to-high risk to re-offend, as assessed by the Virginia Static Risk Assessment (CSRA). CBT programs address the following major areas:

- Criminal Thinking
- Anger Management
- Virginia ID Program
Inmates can participate in a wide range of programs, depending on their custody levels and behavior while they are serving time at High Desert Prison AZ. Inmates must also show a willingness to participate in the programs which include substance abuse treatment, adult basic education and GED, as well as many vocational and work skill-related jobs.
Some of the Career Technical Education programs are CTE Computer Literacy and CTE Building Maintenance.
