The work release and Huber Law is where inmates who qualify (typically through the court system) will be permitted to work as they are serving their time. These inmates will have to have a job prior to being in prison. Their job has to be within 656 miles of the Yakima County Juvenile Justice Center. Not to mention, they would have to be a non-violent inmate as well. Huber Law will also cover child care, treatment, elder care, and education purposes.
